**Position Overview:**
The Distribution Department at Mackenzie Investments is currently seeking applications for the position of District Sales Associate. Reporting to the Manager, District Sales Associates, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to sales teams, including 2 or more District Vice Presidents and 2 or more Business Development Managers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide operational support with a strong focus on detail and time management.
- Manage territory calendars, expenses, budgets, and event planning.
- Maintain CRM database.
- Collaborate with the District Vice-President and Business Development Manager to create and implement a business plan for your assigned territory.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure efficiency and consistency in territory management.
- Explore new business opportunities through proactive sales calls with investment advisors.
- Strengthen internal and external client relationships.
- Adhere to Internal Compliance regulations and Sales Practices under NI 81-105 as the team compliance coordinator.

**Qualifications:**

- **Bilingualism** (English and Cantonese or Mandarin) is mandatory.
- Post-secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Motivation to achieve results with a dedicated and energetic approach.
- Interest in capital markets and knowledge of the fund industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Successful completion of a financial services industry program (e.g., CSC, IFIC, CFA, CFP, CIM) is an asset but not required.
