**Job Summary:**
The Educator role is foundational to lululemon's success. Educators are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our retail stores. This includes engaging with guests, providing product education, and authentically representing our community and culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure a great guest experience by assessing needs and providing effective solutions.
- Deliver technical product education, articulating the value and benefits of our products.
- Facilitate a seamless guest experience through accurate transactions and execution of omnichannel programs.
- Engage dynamically on the sales floor to assist guests and meet store needs.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment.

**Operations Responsibilities:**
- Maintain product presentation and restock items according to company standards.
- Utilize in-store technology to enhance guest experiences.
- Perform cleaning tasks to uphold the store’s luxury environment.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

**Job Requirements:**
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to travel to assigned store.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
- Move throughout the store for most of the shift.
- Lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Base Pay Range: $18.25 - $20.97/hour, subject to minimum wage laws.
- Target Bonus: $3.00/hour.
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $21.25 - $23.97/hour.
