**About The Role**
We are seeking an Email Developer specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing, automating, deploying, and monitoring acquisition, retention, and transactional emails targeting clients and prospects across various Intact Financial Corporation brands.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and optimize front-end code for responsive email campaigns.
- Manage personalization, versioning, and email rendering; execute pre-deployment testing, deploy campaigns, and monitor delivery via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create, maintain, and monitor automations for email and SMS campaigns.
- Collaborate with the database team to determine targeted audiences and segments for list creation and implement personalized requirements.
- Stay abreast of technological trends and best practices in electronic communications, sharing insights with the team.
- Work with marketing advisors, internal stakeholders, and external creative agencies as needed.
- Implement A/B testing, integrate dynamic content, and ensure email accessibility and deliverability best practices.
- Track campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Liaise with IT resources for platform maintenance as necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- College or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Mastery of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform; experience with Adobe Campaign is a plus.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
- Skilled in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite products.
- Experience using email testing tools such as Litmus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage stress effectively.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Bilingualism required for candidates located in Quebec to interact with English-speaking colleagues.
