We are seeking a data-driven, innovative, and results-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the growth, segmentation, and health of email subscriber lists.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and customer journeys.
- Create visually appealing email designs and write compelling email copy.
- Monitor campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and provide recommendations for optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email campaigns meet brand guidelines and integrate with broader marketing efforts.

**Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).
- Strong knowledge of email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and performance reporting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design (a plus).
