**Job Title: Emerging Technologies Developer**

**Location:** Flexible Hybrid

**Job Description:**

You will be working with Fidelity's dynamic team as an Emerging Technologies Developer. We have been assisting Canadian investors in building better financial futures for over 35 years. Our commitment to innovation drives us to constantly seek out new and effective ways to support our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the development, testing, and lifecycle management of automated processes utilizing various development approaches, including traditional and low-code development.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for the adoption of AI/ML technologies.
- Build relationships with core business leaders to understand business platforms and integrate new automation and AI/ML offerings.

**Technical Expertise:**

- Experience programming with languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C, or developing applications with low-code/no-code platforms.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, RPA, and SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of rapid prototyping techniques, agile product development, and product management practices.
- Experience in persona development, product positioning, and requirements creation.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while understanding potential risks and threats in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Related Experience:**

- Minimum of 2+ years in technology and design within an agile environment.
- Experience in digital technology, relationship management, and market research.
- UX/UI design experience, project management, and software development are a plus.

**Education:**

- Minimum college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business. Design experience is a nice to have.
