**Team Mandate:**
Our Engineering platform team aims to empower product development teams by providing self-service infrastructure, tools, and services for efficient application development, deployment, and operation.

**About You:**
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead two teams of engineers in building and scaling platform solutions that promote healthier lives. Your technical expertise will guide the design and development of resilient platform services while fostering a culture of strategic improvement and project delivery.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop robust platform services adhered to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on the platform roadmap.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Mentor high-performing engineering teams and facilitate career development.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Balance short-term needs with long-term platform investments.
- Adhere to all system operation policies including security and change management.

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in building software applications.
- Experience leading platform development teams.
- Bonus: Experience in building authentication and authorization systems.

**Compensation:**
The compensation range for this position for Canadian applicants only is $142,900—$196,000 CAD, exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits.
