**Position Overview:**
We are looking to expand our Enterprise Sales Team in North America with the addition of a highly successful and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and provide an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to maximize their earning potential in a hyper-growth environment.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Hunt for net new logos within Enterprise Accounts ($1B+ in Revenue) and act as the primary point of contact for new strategic and large accounts in North America.
- Drive the end-to-end software sales process while documenting sales notes through the MEDDPICC framework.
- Package software and enterprise support to maximize value to customers and drive subscription sales in a leading SaaS business.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Development Team in identifying new opportunities through various outreach methods.
- Drive forecasting efforts against quarterly sales targets and report to management on weekly progress using Salesforce.
- Develop and execute a business plan for assigned accounts.
- Travel as needed to customer sites, Toronto Headquarters, and industry events (approximately 30%).
**What You’ll Need to Succeed:**
- Strong business acumen to effectively uncover client needs and drive value-based sales.
- Proven hunter mentality focused on building pipeline and engaging new customers.
- 3+ years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies, including relationships with decision-makers.
- 5+ years of SaaS software sales experience.
- Track record of exceeding quota and performing in the top 10% of salespeople.
- Experience selling to management levels, including security, development, and C-Level stakeholders.
- Collaborative team-player mindset, capable of working across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Experience in application security is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and G Suite is preferred.

**Interview Process:**
1. Phone Interview – Initial screening to discuss your background and career goals.
2. Hiring Manager Interview – Meet with the Vice-President, Sales to discuss the role and your experience.
3. Peer Interview – Conversation with our Director, Sales Enablement.
4. Practical Assessment – Prepare and present a business case to a panel.
5. Executive Interview – Meet with our Chief Revenue Officer.
6. Culture-Add Interview – Discuss alignment of values with our Chief People & Culture Officer or CEO.
**Compensation:**
The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 USD, depending on qualifications, experience, and skill level. Final compensation will be determined based on each candidate's unique background.
