**Role Overview:**
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling to Governments, Agencies, and other Public Sector verticals across Canada. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships, understand unique requirements, and demonstrate the value of Salesforce products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships within Government sectors and other Public Sector verticals across Canada.
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan, including account engagement activities.
- Build a business pipeline through collaboration tailored to client-specific needs.
- Stay informed on Salesforce products, industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Educate clients on how Salesforce solutions enhance outcomes for patients, citizens, and employees.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to expand Salesforce services.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and work collaboratively with internal teams for complex challenges.
- Engage proactively with the Salesforce partner ecosystem to deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide regular updates to management on business growth metrics.
**Qualifications:**
- 10+ years of full cycle Enterprise software or technology sales experience.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proven track record in account management, particularly in the Canadian Public Sector.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to exceeding sales targets.

**Salary Range:**
For British Columbia-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is CAD 145,700 to CAD 194,900.
