**Opportunity at WSIB**
We are establishing our new head office in London and are looking to grow our team, offering flexibility in work arrangements. This position may require occasional travel to Toronto and London or other locations across Ontario. Travel reimbursement will be provided according to WSIB policies.
**Salary Grade:** N08
**Salary Range:** $97,186.00 - $121,483.00
**Job Summary**

In this role, you will develop and implement enterprise-wide learning solutions that drive performance and enhance organizational culture. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in influencing the design of our learning center in London, Ontario.
**Major Responsibilities**
- Assess, develop, and implement leadership and employee learning solutions.
- Provide consultation to identify in-house and external programs to enhance employee development.
- Build learning solutions aligned with the WSIB Competency model.
- Lead implementation of leadership and employee development programs.
- Collaborate with program partners to forecast trends and provide recommendations on learning development.
- Manage the procurement and vendor relationships for assigned projects.
**Job Requirements**
**Education:**
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Master's degree or coaching certification.
**Experience:**
- Minimum: 5-8 years in Human Resources with a focus on Leadership Development and internal consultation.
- Preferred: 10+ years in related areas.
