**Role Purpose**
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager for Exams in Canada to shape and deliver marketing strategies that drive success. You’ll play a key role in executing plans that align with regional and global goals, ensuring the British Council’s brand remains strong and impactful. This is your chance to collaborate with the Exams team and external partners, contributing to marketing programs that support business targets and deliver results.

**Main Accountabilities:**
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing plans for Exams in Canada, ensuring alignment with regional strategic objectives.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for Exams, agreeing on programs, delivery mechanisms, budgets, and resources.
- Plan and develop events to promote services to test takers.
- Create, manage, and distribute marketing materials for business or partnership events.
- Develop and execute campaigns to maximize impact and share of voice across various routes to market.
- Work with suppliers to produce and distribute marketing campaigns for delivery partners and events.
- Deploy the British Council brand architecture in line with management standards.
- Apply marketing expertise to enhance Exams marketing strategies across different channels in Canada.
- Identify and assess the current state of Exams marketing, suggesting improvements to drive business growth.
- Present information clearly to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Support understanding of the context, opportunities, and challenges for Exams marketing functions.
- Integrate marketing strategies with business development objectives to contribute to business expansion.
- Implement new marketing approaches to enhance efficiency and impact across Canada.
- Drive focus on audience and market segmentation.
- Ensure compliance with marketing policies and processes, producing reports as needed.
- Provide proactive advice and support to ensure local Exams requirements are compliant with marketing standards.

**Requirements of the Role:**
- Experience in a marketing position at a national level within a medium to large organization.
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and plans.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Relevant degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level.
