**Job Description**
The Facilities Technician at Eataly serves as the point of contact for assigned shifts and ensures that all facilities are in proper working order. This role involves both maintenance and housekeeping tasks, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Inspect repair work, projects, equipment, work orders, daily maintenance, and supplies to ensure efficient completion.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with maintenance projects such as site repairs, preventive maintenance, and more.
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance and respond to on-demand requests from Department Managers.
- Complete maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily inspections and building rounds.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond swiftly to emergency situations.
- Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs of plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, drains, and HVAC.
- Maintain lighting systems, including fixtures and bulb replacements.
- Use electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and correct issues.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations, including LOTO, PPE, and ergonomics.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of facilities and housekeeping experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred.

**Job Requirements:**
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to exert mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.
