As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate clients and offer President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.

**Pay Structure:** Base pay of $17.75 + Commission!

**Responsibilities:**
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
- Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a great experience for customers.
- Find creative approaches to engage customers and share product benefits.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling customer information.
- Create excitement around the product offering as a subject matter expert.

**Requirements:**
- 1+ year of experience in sales in a financial or retail environment (an asset).
- Comfortable with sales targets and eager to push the status quo.
- Outgoing, personable, and enjoys interacting with people with a talent for acquiring new customers.
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to deliver key messages.
- High level of integrity and accountability while handling confidential customer information.
- Comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check.
- Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is an asset.
