- Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products.
- Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge to drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Engage customers creatively and share product benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information.
- Create excitement around product offerings as a subject matter expert.
