**Responsibilities:**

- Take a proactive approach to discover customer needs by listening to understand their goals.
- Educate customers by providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their objectives.
- Nurture strong, long-standing relationships with clients.
- Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals.

**Qualifications:**

- A strong drive to build customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in uncovering and solving for customers’ needs.
- Mutual Funds license and actively working towards the CIFP Diploma.
