**What You’ll Be Doing**
As an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, you will provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey by:
- Taking a proactive approach to discovering our customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
- Educating customers and providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
- Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships.
- Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by achieving individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.

**What You Need To Succeed**
- The drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals.
- Skills to uncover and address customers’ needs.
- Mutual Funds licence and working towards the CIFP Diploma.
