**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a knowledgeable Financial Business Analyst (FI BA) with a strong focus on Fixed Income (FI) products, specifically in the Bonds space. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze financial data, provide insights, and support product development in the FI domain.

**Responsibilities:**
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fixed Income Bonds, providing guidance on market trends, product features, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and interpret financial data related to Fixed Income products to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product management and risk management teams to ensure alignment of FI product strategies with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to assess product performance and market viability.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards that communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in the FI Bonds space.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into business solutions.
- Support the implementation of new FI products and enhancements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide training and support to team members regarding Fixed Income products and market dynamics.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Financial Products, specifically in Fixed Income and Bonds.
- Deep understanding of Fixed Income products, market structures, and trading practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting Fixed Income markets (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank).
- Experience in Agile project management environments.
- Knowledge of trading systems and platforms related to Fixed Income products.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Base salary: CAD $120k - $125k/year based on location and experience.
