**About The Role**
We are looking for a FP&A Intern to join our Finance & Strategy team. This role involves collaborating with the FP&A team in a dynamic startup environment on various projects that provide insights into our business.

**Challenges You'll Solve**
- **Strategic Thinking**: Analyze all areas of our business to understand the overall picture.
- **Financial Acumen**: Assess financial and operational results to refine forecasts and support decision-making.
- **Analytical Experience**: Conduct financial analysis, create dashboards and reports, and deeply engage with data.
- **Business Acumen**: Utilize analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, conduct research, and make recommendations.

**About You**
- You are a post-secondary student studying Finance, Business, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, ideally with 1-2 terms of relevant experience.
- You possess a passion for numbers, data, spreadsheets, and detail-oriented work.
- You demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute to a growing startup.
- You are a critical thinker and problem solver with a curiosity to challenge established norms.
- You have the capability to learn swiftly and a desire for continuous improvement throughout the internship.
