**Job Title: Founding Product Manager - Propelix**

**About The Opportunity:**
At Jerry, we are creating the AllCar™ super app to simplify car ownership. We launched our first LLM-powered chatbot in April 2023, successfully responding to 93% of customer inquiries. Following this, we are investing in Propelix, a B2B GenAI prompt engineering platform. We are seeking a Founding Product Manager to lead product development and ensure the success of our early customers.

**Responsibilities:**
- Drive the development of Propelix from the ground up, working closely with early customers to refine product-market fit.
- Utilize customer insights to build new features and processes that ensure customer success.
- Ask insightful questions to deeply understand customer needs and customize our technology for meaningful results.
- Own the implementation process for early customers to enhance satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of the B2B Propelix product to establish it as a leader in the GenAI prompt engineering space.

**Requirements:**
- **Systems Thinking:** Ability to navigate ambiguity with structured approaches and creative problem-solving.
- **Initiative:** Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
- **Organizational Skills:** Exceptional project management capabilities, effectively coordinating clients and internal teams.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences.

**Ideal Profile:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a rigorous discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience, preferably including problem-solving roles and product development in early-stage B2B SaaS startups.
