**About This Role**
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fraud operations within the Strategic Operations team. You will learn about our business operations and directly impact customer experience, with opportunities to assist in special projects. This role is ideal for students with foundational business knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for working with people.

**Challenges You'll Solve**
- Review customer accounts to compile compelling evidence for disputes
- Assess data to gather insights on customer behavior and identify opportunities
- Monitor Fraud Dashboards to proactively manage fraud mitigation efforts
- Participate in special projects related to fraud and chargebacks

**About You**
- Currently a post-secondary student studying business or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years of work experience preferred
- Experience in data analysis is a plus
- Passionate about people, processes, and systems
- Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
- Quick learner with a strong desire to work hard

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Competitive internship pay of $300
- One-time home office setup allowance of $25
