**About The Role**
Generative AI models are evolving rapidly, and one of our goals is to enhance their ability to address specialized questions and develop complex reasoning skills. As an AI Evaluation Specialist, you will:

- Develop complex question-answer pairs.
- Create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of AI responses.
- Generate prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers.

**Requirements**
- Master's degree in Education/Teaching.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in areas such as:
- Pedagogy
- Instructional Design
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Curriculum Design and Alignment
- Educational Technology (EdTech)
- Training and Development for Educators
- Curriculum Development
- Proficient in English (C2 level).
- Willingness to learn new methods and adaptability to switch between tasks and topics.
- Ability to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
