**Job Description:**
The Sales Operations Specialist will work directly with the Sales team to ensure a streamlined single point of contact and support for outlined duties. This position will help drive patient focus through cultivating a solutions-oriented mindset and by approaching all situations with a critical and innovative perspective. The role is responsible for the management of sales operational actions required by the operations team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leverage CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and analytic platforms to support sales operations initiatives.
- Action requirements outlined in departmental reports.
- Maintain individual and departmental KPI performance including adherence to response time commitments and achieving a minimum of 98% error-free actions.
- Provide accurate and timely delivery of internal inquiries regarding order management for sales and repair scenarios.
- Support and manage product order allocation processing and project order management as required.
- Manage the inflow of all Sales inquiries to maintain optimal service levels.
- Serve as the lead contact for actions outlined by the Sales Operations leadership team.
- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations Leadership on strategic opportunities to enhance the support experience.

**Qualifications:**
**Required:**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience within Customer Service or Sales Operations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (speaking, reading, writing).
- Ability to work flexible hours.

**Preferred:**
- Experience with Datasweep, Salesforce, Service Cloud, CRM, or SAP.
- Medium Microsoft Office skills; advanced skills preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities and creative thinking for innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and effectively prioritize tasks.

**Additional Information:**
Hepatitis B vaccination is recommended for employees who are at risk of exposure to blood or bodily fluids on the job. Employees must provide proof of the Twinrix (Hepatitis A and B) vaccination or sign a waiver accepting the possible risk of exposure if not vaccinated.
