**Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator**

**Position Summary:**
The Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for processing merchandise through various tasks requiring product knowledge, independent decision-making, and the ability to learn processes and operate equipment. This role also involves achieving production standards within specific departments and may require flexibility to assist in other departments based on product flow.

**Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:**
- Daily receiving and shipping of merchandise from vendors and stores.
- Manage carton controls, sorting, and processing of merchandise for inventory movement.
- Consolidate and pack packages for domestic and international shipping.
- Responsible for pickup/delivery of packages throughout the source center.
- Process merchandise using computers for transfers, RF Guns, and carousels.
- Handle multiple tasks associated with the processing of merchandise.
- Monitor processing standards, service levels, and inventory levels.
- Manage customer warranty repairs and related communications.
- Coordinate with QC and Business Operations Manager for hotline calls.
- Maintain productivity standards and accurately report daily metrics.
- Ensure quality of product, packaging, and transfer movements.
- Verify and inspect SKU merchandise and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- Complete semi-annual inventory reconciliations.
- Conduct inspection, transfer completion, and secure storage assignment for new merchandise.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education Required:** High School Diploma / GED or acceptable job-related experience.
- **Job-Related Experience:** Distribution experience preferred (0-6 months).
- **Technical Skills:**
- Strong math, computer, and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with Time and Attendance, IMS inventory applications, and automated software.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for long periods.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work mandated overtime throughout the year.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based environment.
