**The Role:**
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions as part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with teams to build digital applications integrating ML solutions for users.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical expertise and leadership.
- Work with large datasets to identify trends and insights driving decision-making.
- Implement and optimize ML models for high availability and performance.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to improve systems.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML models and data pipelines.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ML models and processes.
- Provide strategic input into project planning and execution.

**Requirements:**
- 5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on machine learning.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience building digital applications using Django or SpringBoot.
- Proficient in data handling, preprocessing, and pipeline development.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, including Gen AI and LLMs.
- Strong understanding of security architecture and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in the banking domain.
