WPP is organized into two pillars: Presence and Platform. The Presence pillar creates industry-leading designs for Stripe’s front door surfaces, drives customer education, and contributes to our business success. The Platform pillar builds the internal machinery that powers these surfaces, ensuring our websites are fast, stable, and easily modifiable. **What You’ll Do**
- Build compelling, interactive content tooling and platforms that enhance user experience, foster user adoption, and maintain a high standard of craft and beauty.
- Architect your work with rendering performance and scalability in mind, and implement abstractions for other engineers to leverage.
- Collaborate with the Presence group to scope and implement tooling and infrastructure that aids in building pages using your code.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement tooling for interactive content tools (e.g., calculators, generators, templates) to provide utility to businesses.
- Utilize a user-first mindset to gather feedback for continuous improvement of content and product offerings.
- Write code that integrates the translation management system, front-end components, and content with performance in mind.
- Design and build integrations to third-party software, creating seamless workflows.
- Manage solutions from end to end, working directly with stakeholders to define success metrics and API ergonomics.

**Who You Are**
We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

**Minimum Requirements**
- 6+ years of backend or full stack development experience, emphasizing API design and reliability.
- Proven ability to integrate various services and processes.
- Passion for engineering solutions focused on growth hacking and enablement.
- Experience developing interactive tools and integrating them into existing systems.
- Knowledge in implementing SEO and growth best practices, optimizing content for search visibility and user experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of building and managing scalable, resilient systems.
- Ability to foster a healthy, inclusive work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Industry experience in fintech or a regulated environment.
- Experience crafting data-driven experiments.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and localization/internationalization.
- Interest in growth hacking.

**Work Environment**
This role is available either in an office or remote location (typically 35+ miles from a Stripe office). Office-assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in the local office each month. Remote employees will work from home, with optional visits to the office for meetings and events.

**Pay and Benefits**
The annual salary range for this role is C$134,400 - C$258,000, depending on location and candidate experience. Benefits may include equity, company bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
