**Job Title:** Full Stack Technical Lead

**Job Description:**
Aarorn Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Technical Lead with the following qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Java-based applications.
- 3+ years of experience with Single Page Application (SPA) technologies such as React and Angular.
- 2+ years of experience in a Java Lead/Technical Lead role.
- Hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot applications.
- Strong skills in integrating cloud-based applications with legacy systems or applications on different platforms.
- Experience working with SOAP-based services, REST APIs, and messaging services such as Kafka.
- Knowledge of design patterns and best engineering practices.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies such as TDD, ATDD, and BDD.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools, including Docker, Shell scripting, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with cloud services such as GCP, Azure, or AWS (3+ years).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud and on-premise databases.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as Blackduck, Fortify, Aquasec, and SonarQube.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPC, subnetting, VPNs), distributed computing, multi-threaded environments, security, and optimization.
- Competence in enterprise application delivery and design techniques, including release and source code branching strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying root issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders and technology partners.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and expanding skill sets.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
