**Salary Range:** $14.00 Hourly

**Position Summary:**
As a Full-Time Service Lead/Keyholder, you will be a vital member of our leadership team, scheduled for 32 or more hours per week, and will have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. You will help create a positive and inspiring experience for every guest who walks into our store.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking necessary actions.
- Focus on guest engagement through sampling and sharing product knowledge.
- Maximize team performance through education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example.
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
- Support the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean and well-presented.
- Enforce all policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently and effectively.
- Act as a champion of Lolli & Pops both inside and outside the store.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
