As a Gen AI Solutions Delivery Lead, you’ll work as part of a team helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and enhance operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical management directions and recommendations to the software delivery team in line with the Gen AI Strategy.
- Oversee the development of robust and scalable Gen AI solutions.
- Set the technical vision and architecture for generative AI solutions.
- Collaborate with local and global business and technology stakeholders for successful delivery of Gen AI solutions.
- Work with vendors and alliance partners to successfully deliver Gen AI solutions.
- Translate complex AI concepts into understandable insights and updates for stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and feedback to inform project direction and priorities.
- Establish and maintain quality performance metrics and KPIs to assess quality levels.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
- Implement best practices for software development aligned with the Gen AI technological stack.
- Stay connected with the Gen AI delivery team to understand requirements and analyze feasibility.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance the productivity of the Delivery team.
- Manage risks, issues, and blockers effectively.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in line with business objectives.
- Promote and facilitate Agile methodology and Scrum framework for new Gen AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and stay current with the latest AI technologies.

**Experience and Skills You’ll Use to Solve:**
- Extensive experience in providing technical management to software delivery teams, adept in Agile and Iterative Waterfall environments.
- Experience in managing and implementing AI and Gen AI capabilities in medium-to-large scale initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of AI, Gen AI, Software Development Life Cycle, and cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to rationalize design decisions and challenge engineering teams effectively.
- Familiarity with GenAI Services (such as Azure OpenAI), LLM Models (like GPT-4.0), Python, and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Experience with Azure Services, Power Platform, and Machine Learning.
- An understanding of client and industry needs concerning Gen AI software solutions.
