**Job Title:** Product Manager

**Location:** Anywhere in Canada

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team! Reporting to the Manager of National Projects, this role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and experience with Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will work on the CL National Contact project, establishing strong relationships with operational teams and IT to effectively manage a national backlog of operational priorities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define the minimum viable product (MVP) and strategy for deploying the vision.
- Collaborate with the team to define the product vision and understand key objectives.
- Communicate the vision and goals to the team and manage the product backlog, including prioritization of development stories and technical debt.
- Communicate progress and deadlines.
- Understand customer needs and the product integration.
- Define KPIs and product objectives, ensuring business goals are met through data analysis and feedback.
- Identify and mitigate risks, raising concerns related to product quality to management.
- Guide team members effectively to ensure project and product deliverables are met.
- Act as a positive change agent, influencing others to adopt new approaches.
- Enable others to systematically solve problems and anticipate outcomes.
- Work effectively with other teams and actively contribute to achieving goals.
- Build and maintain good working relationships.
- Communicate ideas clearly in meetings and actively listen to others.
- Mentor others to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrate comfort with ambiguity and perform well under stress.

**What You Bring:**
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Typically requires 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance (P&C) required.
- CBAP certification is a plus.
- Experience with large-scale or national projects.
- Proven knowledge of Agile methodology and relevant planning experience.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with application development cycles, especially defining requirements/stories and understanding testing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a team or matrix environment (multitasking).
- Bilingualism (French and English) is necessary as interaction with colleagues across the country is frequent.
