**Global License Management Governance and Compliance Manager**

**Work You'll Do**:
The Global License Management Governance and Compliance Manager will:
- Manage all aspects of software license management processes and operations under global enterprise agreements.
- Create software compliance tracking and reporting processes, and develop software control measures for Deloitte Technology and member firm teams.
- Evaluate and advise on opportunities for process improvements and suggest constructive changes.
- Import software information, filter discovered data, and capture license entitlements as software purchases are made by Deloitte.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, develop, and track software licenses for Global and Member Firms.
- Assist in the development of dashboards for monitoring and tracking software licenses.
- Educate member firms on software license consumption through consistent communication about product usability.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 7 years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and software license management experience with enterprise-level software agreements.
- Robust knowledge of various licensing models, vendor maintenance programs, cloud computing solutions, and ITAM standards.
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management tools required; experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) tools such as Flexera and SNOW is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to product administration teams.
- Capability to manage processes across distributed teams and multiple vendors.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams and member firms to establish standards for Global License Management.
