In this role, you will lead a team of platform product managers in initiatives to acquire, encode, and certify tax knowledge from government agencies. You will develop capabilities such as site crawlers, form tracking, and impact analysis systems to shape tax calculations, streamline electronic filings, and create intuitive AI-driven user experiences. Your work will include simplifying tax compliance and fueling prosperity across our global user base.

**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Experience managing a team of a minimum of 3 product managers
- Deep understanding of product management processes, particularly in platform PM roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in delivering platform capabilities that serve enterprise needs
- Technical depth in SaaS software development and engagement with engineering teams
- Data-driven approach and successful business outcomes
- Proficiency in program/project management and managing complex deliverables
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including defining requirements through detailed epics
- Ability to define big visions and inspire teams to deliver impactful innovations
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a focus on influencing across organizations

**How You Will Lead**
The Group Platform Product Manager will drive the strategic vision for the platform product team and manage key product initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product launch and delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Crafting a platform product strategy in collaboration with product development, design, and architecture teams
- Building a short and long-term platform vision and roadmap
- Leading a team of platform PMs with strong execution bias
- Managing the product management process, including backlog grooming and feature prioritization
- Driving the roadmap from MVP to significant scale
- Creating product requirements documents based on the strategy and customer needs
- Driving technology and functional maturity of reusable platform components
- Working closely with architects and engineers to design scalable solutions
- Defining success metrics and communicating project plans and progress
- Partnering with program management to ensure project execution and delivery
- Engaging with end-users for insights into solving customer problems
