**Role Overview:**
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead our global demand generation function. This role involves a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, planning, and executing multi-channel lead generation and nurture programs. You will report to the Head of Marketing Ops and focus on SMB and independent advertising agency leads to drive revenue and generate new business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive platform sign-ups, engagement, and retention.
- Lead planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including product-led growth, display, paid social, email, content, paid search, and SEO.
- Manage paid ads across our platforms, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, optimizing for conversions.
- Create and optimize high-performing landing pages and website for SEO to drive organic traffic.
- Monitor competition, industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 4-5 years of growth marketing experience in B2B.
- Proficiency in Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
- Skilled in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with commercial teams to drive revenue.
- Creativity to develop impactful and engaging campaigns.
**Bonus Skills:**
- Experience in Media/Advertising Technology.
- Knowledge of product-led growth strategies.
