**Job Description:**

Join SAP as an IT Technology Services Expert, where you will play a critical role in supporting our Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery environment. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background to help drive continuous improvement in operations, availability, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support critical projects and administration within the Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery environment.
- Participate in pilot projects for new technologies as a reference for SAP customers.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Focus on infrastructure landscape re-architecture and new technology adoption.
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence teams on critical topics related to Incident Management, Problem Management, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup & Restore, among other operational tasks.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS products with over 15 years of experience as a Database Administrator in a Global Operations team, primarily with SAP HANA and ASE Database Platforms.
- Experience with automation tools/scripting and DB installations and upgrades, planning, setup, and implementation.
- Technical expertise in optimizing and tuning systems, performance optimization, security, backup and recovery strategies, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Ability to organize and structure documentation.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty and weekend tasks on a rotational basis.
- Cloud knowledge is desirable; experience with Public Cloud Domains like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP is a plus.
- Professional Certification in Database Platforms and exposure to Project Management tasks, including PMP and ITIL certification, is beneficial.

**Compensation:**
The targeted combined compensation range for this position is CAD 139,000 - CAD 236,200.

**Language Requirements:**
Functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in Quebec.
