**Job Title: Senior Learning and Performance Consultant**
**Location: 100 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5X 1A1**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Senior Learning and Performance Consultant to identify business needs and deliver effective learning and performance-focused programs aligned with our business strategy. The ideal candidate will manage designated learning programs, perform periodic reviews, analyze outcomes, and provide insights for enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, promote, and maintain learning programs, ensuring effective execution and change management.
- Foster a culture aligned to our purpose and values, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Build interdependent teams and improve performance through coaching, recognition, and accountability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on industry trends.
- Design and implement multi-year learning program strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to develop communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance metrics are monitored.
- Support strategic initiatives and change management activities.
- Continuously monitor industry developments and update programs accordingly.

**Qualifications:**
- Typically 9+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert knowledge in learning design, program management, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.

**Salary:** $103,500.00 - $192,500.00 (Salaried)
This range varies based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
