**Job Title: Canadian Cyber and Tech E&O Underwriting Team Lead**

**About the Role**
BOXX Insurance is a fast-growing Insurtech company, helping businesses and families stay ahead of cyber risks with its innovative product suite, Cyberboxx. We are expanding internationally and, due to continued growth in Canada, we are seeking an experienced insurance underwriter or manager to lead our Canadian Cyber and Tech E&O underwriting team.

**Reports to:** Chief Underwriting Officer
**Department:** Underwriting
**Positions Available:** 1

**Responsibilities**
- Identify opportunities for growth with new and existing broker partners to meet company goals.
- Conduct risk selection, analysis, and service of accounts based on BOXX underwriting strategy.
- Implement and manage effective pricing and underwriting strategies for profitable growth.
- Build, maintain, and manage successful producer relationships.
- Collaborate with other Underwriters, Underwriter Associates, Claim Representatives, and Executives.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience in Cyber and Tech E&O insurance.
- Strong aptitude to attract and retain profitable business.
- Knowledge of cyber and tech E&O underwriting and pricing strategies.
- Proven sales and marketing skills with successful broker management experience.
- Proven ability to successfully negotiate at all levels.
- Strong service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
