**The Opportunity:**
We're looking for a HR Systems & Analytics, Workday Lead to join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Senior Director, People and Culture, you will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, support, and maintenance of HR systems. This role involves analyzing HRIS performance, ensuring data and integrations are maintained, and resolving system issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the HRIS roadmap, leading projects related to the implementation of new systems.
- Oversee system maintenance, including testing and implementing releases, upgrades, and patches in partnership with the IT department.
- Ensure Workday processes comply with regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits of HR systems' security.
- Serve as the Workday system expert, optimizing configurations and enhancing automation.
- Build custom reports and manage reporting schedules for internal stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR Systems' end-user inquiries.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation for HR Systems.
- Oversee audit and data quality control processes to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct research on industry standards and emerging HR technologies.

**Requirements:**
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRIS role, with expertise in HR systems projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Workday HCM.
- Advanced configuration proficiency with Workday modules (e.g., HCM Core, Talent Management).
- Workday Pro and Workday Pro Security Certifications required.
- Experience in HR analytics and reporting, data validation, and auditing techniques.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proven project management skills with analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills in French are an asset.

This position is posted with an expected salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 CAD annually.
