**Role Overview:**
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Hydronic and HVAC Contractors based on an assigned customer list to generate sales and increase NEXT’s total revenue.

**Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing product knowledge and daily assistance.
- Identify opportunities to grow the customer list by contacting new and unassigned customers.
- Offer customer support, including answering incoming calls, order entry, product sourcing, and follow-up as required.
- Funnel sourcing requests to Inside Hydronic Sales based on customer needs.
- Assist Inside Sales with incoming phone, fax, and e-mail customer care issues.
- Review daily reports to ensure pricing accuracy for customer orders prior to billing.
- Liaise with the shipping department for all special customer requests.
- Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve credit issues and pricing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors for product training, sourcing, and pricing.

**Qualifications:**
- 3 to 5+ years of previous wholesale experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong product knowledge of hydronic and HVAC supplies is required.
- Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High sense of urgency and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and provide logical solutions.
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships.
