**Job Title: Instructional Design & Delivery Specialist**
**Job Description:**
The Instructional Design & Delivery Specialist is responsible for designing and leading the Training and Development strategy for Customer Success. This role acts as the primary learning point of contact for all departments and external customers, supporting the development, improvement, and implementation of compliance and client-related training initiatives within Apple Express.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with department managers and stakeholders to ensure training requirements are met.
- Editing and developing online learning materials, analyzing, updating, and refining existing content.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop course content.
- Designing courses and curricula applying adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Writing scripts for video and audio content, troubleshooting training-related issues.
- Coaching managers on training techniques and facilitating training sessions in-person and online.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements and delivering mandatory training.
- Conducting needs assessments and recommending training initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Supporting inspections and audits, collaborating with the QA department on preparation and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
- University degree or College Diploma in instructional design, education, or related field, or 3-5 years’ experience in a training role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.
- Proficiency in designing technical training for various delivery methods.
- Knowledge of instructional theory and classroom instruction proficiency.
- Experience using authoring software and administering a learning management system (LMS).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in design platforms like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat).
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) certification is an asset.
**Job Types:** Full-time, Part-time
**Schedule:** 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
**Location:** Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4W 5H8
