**Position Overview:**
As an Instructional Designer for the Corporate Learning and Leadership team, you will play a key role in designing engaging learning experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply Cognitive Science principles to create effective learning assets.
- Develop adult learning experiences that engage and inspire.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative learning experiences.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify and define training needs.
- Solve business problems through relevant learning assets.
- Stay updated on learning technologies and design trends.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong active listening skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to think critically and reframe tasks and problems.
- Experience in designing inclusive learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and microlearning platforms like Axonify.
- Familiarity with graphic design software, preferably Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Animate) and Vyond.
- Knowledge of emerging learning technologies, including Gen-AI and virtual learning assistants.
**Team Specialties:**
- Solving business problems through the design and implementation of learning experiences.
- Exploring and adopting new approaches to learning and learning technology.

- Work Location: 1 Mount Pleasant (083), Toronto, ON
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
