**Job Title: Instructional Designer - Corporate Learning and Leadership**

**Position Overview:**
As an Instructional Designer for the Corporate Learning and Leadership team, you will:

- Apply Cognitive Science principles to create effective learning assets.
- Bring adult learning to life through engaging learning experiences.
- Exhibit active listening skills and work collaboratively.
- Think counter-intuitively and enjoy reframing questions, tasks, and problems.
- Design innovative learning experiences by gaining consensus among stakeholders.
- Understand inclusive design for diverse learning needs.
- Demonstrate a growth mentality and eagerness to learn and engage in innovative work.

**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Experience with microlearning platforms (e.g., Axonify) and Content Management Systems (e.g., Xyleme).
- Expertise in conducting needs analysis to identify training needs.
- Ability to solve business problems through relevant learning assets.
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia software, preferably Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate) and Vyond.
- Up-to-date knowledge in Gen-AI, augmented reality, virtual learning assistants, video, podcasting, and authoring tools.

**Team Responsibilities:**
- Solve business problems through designing and implementing learning experiences for our corporate audiences.
- Explore, evaluate, and adopt new approaches to learning and learning technology.

**Background Check:**
A pre-employment background check will be conducted, including a criminal background check. A credit check and driver's abstract may be required depending on the role.
