**Position Summary:**
As an Instructional Designer for the Corporate Learning and Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing learning experiences that foster growth and success within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply Cognitive Science principles to create effective learning assets.
- Design engaging learning experiences that bring adult learning theory to life.
- Collaboratively work with stakeholders to gain consensus while designing innovative learning experiences.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify and define training requirements.
- Utilize graphic design and multimedia software (Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Vyond, etc.) to create learning materials.
- Stay current with trends in Gen-AI, augmented reality, virtual learning assistants, and various authoring tools.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in designing innovative learning experiences for organizations.
- Strong active listening and collaborative skills.
- Ability to think critically and reframe questions, tasks, and problems.
- Understanding of inclusive design to meet diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, microlearning platforms like Axonify, and Content Management Systems like Xyleme.

**Team Overview:**
You will join the Corporate Learning & Development team focused on solving business problems by designing and implementing effective learning experiences for corporate audiences.

**Background Check:**
