**Job Posting: Instructional Designer - Corporate Learning and Leadership**

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Corporate Learning and Leadership team. Our ideal candidate has a genuine passion for making positive impacts on customers and the communities where we live and work.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply Cognitive Science principles to create effective learning assets.
- Develop engaging learning experiences that bring adult learning to life.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative learning experiences.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify and define training needs.
- Solve business problems through the creation of relevant learning assets.
- Utilize graphic design and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate) and Vyond.
- Stay updated on Gen-AI, Augmented reality, virtual learning assistants, video, podcasting, and authoring tools.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience designing innovative learning experiences.
- Strong active listening skills and collaborative mindset.
- Understanding of inclusive design for diverse learning needs.
- Growth mentality with eagerness to learn and engage in innovative work.
- Proficient with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and microlearning platforms like Axonify.

**Schedule:** Full Time
**Shift:** Day
**Length of Contract:** 12 Months
**Work Location:** 1 Mount Pleasant, Toronto, ON
**Travel Requirements:** Up to 10%
