**Who We Need:**
We are seeking an Integration Analyst to support public sector clients and technology partners as they integrate with Ocean’s HL7 FHIR-based solutions. This role reports to the VP, Product & Interoperability. You will bring technical expertise to support FHIR APIs, address technical inquiries, troubleshoot errors, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

**Responsibilities:**
- Build relationships with integrating partners and increase product understanding.
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide support for integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration errors and recommend core product improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay updated with digital health integration trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Technical experience in software development or support, with knowledge of REST API design.
- Ability to communicate technical instructions to non-technical audiences.
- Critical thinking skills and a problem-solving approach.
