**Job Summary:**
The Interprofessional Educator is responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating interprofessional training and education activities. Reporting to the Manager for Simulation and Virtual Learning, this role involves delivering innovative educational programs using experiential education approaches such as simulation, e-learning, and team-based learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaboratively plan, co-develop, implement, and evaluate educational products, projects, and programs that support the Centre’s goals.
- Consult with interprofessional teams to assess current and future learning needs.
- Deliver and coordinate in-person and virtual interprofessional education programs.
- Integrate leading practices, research, and educational technologies into teaching.
- Promote quality of life through person-centred approaches in aging care settings.
- Provide implementation and coaching support to leaders and homes.
- Communicate effectively with diverse learners and stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing research, evaluation, and innovation activities.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Graduate degree in a registered health care discipline or degree with substantial training and education experience.
- Preferred certifications in Gerontology and as an Ontario CLRI Specialized Educator for LTC; project management experience is an asset.
- Three (3) years of related experience as an educator.
- Experience in long-term care and/or aging care.
- Strong knowledge of quality reporting requirements under relevant acts and regulations.
- Proficiency in curriculum design and program evaluation with experience in educational methodologies.
- Advanced skills in educational technologies and Microsoft Office.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interprofessional communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
