**The Opportunity:**
We are looking for an exceptional Bilingual Investment Representative to join our Contact Centre team. This role requires a passion for enabling financial freedom for all Canadians by providing timely, accurate, and supportive service to our customers and financial advisors.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, or chat regarding Qtrade Direct Investing (QDI) products and services in an efficient and professional manner.
- Manage the order flow for online trading from our self-directed clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, resolving problems and complaints through investigation and appropriate follow-up.
- Stay current with market trends and news that may impact clients' investment decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and participating in process enhancements.

**Requirements:**
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment influenced by market trends and client demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, and bilingual skills in French are an asset.
- Post-secondary education preferred, with an emphasis on business or economics.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) required.
- Three years of relevant experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes as required.

**Salary:**
The expected salary range for this position is $64,000 - $77,000 CAD annually, with individual compensation packages based on unique candidate factors.
