**The Opportunity**
We are currently looking for an IT Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for data governance life cycle management, auditing, and communicating policies and procedures. You will help develop workflows, configure systems, and optimize processes, as well as plan, design, implement, and test IAM systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and report on IAM controls across the company and subsidiaries.
- Document processes and procedures as per corporate standards.
- Solve problems using a data-driven analytical mindset.
- Build strong relationships across business units to influence and impact key partners.
- Identify potential issues and risks and mitigate them as appropriate.
- Support the Access Request Support team for specific initiatives.
- Maintain and generate productivity metrics and reports.
- Implement and enforce access controls to ensure compliance.
- Provision, deprovision, and modify user access rights.
- Monitor access logs and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain IAM systems, such as Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Conduct regular audits of user access rights.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain IAM documentation.
- Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents.
- Automate IAM workflows to reduce manual efforts.
- Participate in the evaluation of new IAM tools and technologies.
- Provide end-user support and training for IAM tools.
**What You’ll Need:**
- Critical thinking skills for decision-making.
- Experience in Data Governance Management and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of strategies, policies, and procedures for managing data.
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Data Governance Professional, Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), and ITIL are assets.
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience.
