**Job Posting: Manager of Identity**

As the Manager of Identity, you will facilitate an IAM transformation, building and growing our Identity practice at Maple Leaf Foods. We are seeking a motivated self-starter with strong technical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of IAM principles, strong communication skills, and foundational knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and frameworks. **Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:**
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on IAM and PAM platforms to facilitate an IAM transformation at Maple Leaf.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to define identity-based requirements and solutions for IT and business implementations.
- Lead IAM practices and principles organization-wide while ensuring the migration from SAP IDM to a modern identity platform (e.g., SailPoint).
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to verify that migration is completed per organizational requirements and regulations.
- Manage Active Directory from a role design/access management perspective.
- Oversee a small team of dedicated IAM professionals.
- Prepare IAM activity reports and collaborate with compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise teams, including individual development and performance management.

**What You’ll Bring:**
- A university degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in IAM and PAM architecture and security (e.g., SailPoint).
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with IAM and PAM-related security capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth implementation experience with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint).
- Ability to manage priorities and effectively communicate solutions to various stakeholders.
