**Job Posting: IT Solution Architect**
**Location:** Mississauga, ON (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

We are seeking a skilled IT Solution Architect to join our Digital Solutions team in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will be part of Global Digital Services, which enables BASF’s digitalization and adoption of artificial intelligence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and architect BOARD solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop technical specifications (including SDD) and documentation for implementations.
- Collaborate with delivery squad and clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Integrate BOARD with platforms such as Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, MDM, and PIM.
- Optimize BOARD application performance and scalability for efficient content delivery and management.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams utilizing the BOARD platform.
- Stay current with BOARD platform updates and assess their impact on existing implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the BOARD platform.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing and implementing BOARD-based applications in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Agricultural go-to-market strategy and business processes (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of BOARD architecture, concepts, and best practices.
- Experience with BOARD configuration and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant BOARD certifications are a plus.
- Good working knowledge of pricing, sales planning, and forecasting processes.
