**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong logical and analytical thinking skills and have a background in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and Agile Scrum methodologies. ITIL certification or process knowledge is highly appreciated.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create change records for releases.
- Manage emergency and expedited changes, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Represent change review meetings and guide changes from inception to closure while adhering to TD release workflow processes.
- Lead go-live activities and send release notes after successful deployments.
- Coordinate with external/internal vendors and clients regarding release communication and assist with integration testing.
- Maintain documentation related to processes and procedures on release builds and distribution lists.
- Schedule packaging and new application releases, engage partners, and plan parallel work streams when feasible.
- Coordinate with L2 support teams to manage incidents related to outages.
- Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, providing options and recommendations for prompt resolution.
- Adhere to TD's technology delivery practices and project management disciplines.
- Participate in projects aimed at evolving the base infrastructure and deploying new technologies.
- Engage in disaster recovery planning, including defining, reviewing, and testing strategies.
- Build and test applications rigorously.
- Perform systems administration tasks: monitor, configure, back up, authenticate, and tune systems.
- Aim for defect-free programming, create and maintain high-quality code, and support testing cycles and post-production deployment.
**Experience & Education:**
- **Required Experience:**
- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate
- 4-7 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years working with Service Now
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence) is considered an asset
- Familiarity with Java/Rest API and Kafka streaming pipeline development
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- **Nice to Have:**
- ITIL Certification
