**The Challenge**

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our company. In this role, the candidate will design, create, and implement various Java-based solutions for the business that will range from mobile applications to database programming.

**Role Responsibilities:**

- Implement code for proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to validate and support solution architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and industry best practices.
- Establish and maintain performance management controls and metrics, providing detailed insights and analytics to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Analyze and contribute to the definition of functional and non-functional business requirements; translate these into well-defined architectural specifications that guide the design and implementation of the solution.
- Lead the design, implementation, unit testing, and debugging of applications using various programming languages, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices in software development.
- Create comprehensive technical specifications for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software, configuring and customizing products in accordance with those specifications to meet business needs.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of functionality and solution architecture, continuously updating knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.

**Requirements:**

- **Programming Languages:** Java (Java 11), JavaScript
- **Frameworks:** Spring (including Spring Boot), Angular, React
- **Databases:** Oracle, MS-SQL, NoSQL (preferred)
- **Big Data Technologies:** Apache Flink, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka
- **Web Technologies:** HTML, CSS, JSON
- **API Development:** Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs
- **Software Development Experience:** Over 8+ years in software development with a focus on project delivery
- **Microservices Architecture:** Experienced in designing and implementing microservices
- **Software Development Methodologies:** Proficient in Agile practices and tools
- **Operating Systems:** UNIX, Linux; skilled in Shell scripting
- **Project Management:** Experience in managing software project delivery

**It would be great if you also had:**

- Fintech/Banking experience
