**Job Title:** Java Production Support Engineer (Shell Script)
**Location:** Oakville, Ontario (Hybrid)
**Contract to Hire:** After 4 Months

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Java Production Support Engineer with expertise in Shell Scripting. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle, MySQL, Spring Boot, JSF, JavaScript, WebSphere, and Hibernate.

**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in Java with Shell Scripting.
- Strong understanding of Core Java concepts, including OOP, Strings, Collections, Exceptions, Interfaces, Inheritance, and Multi-threading.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, holding certification at Dev / Dev Ops level.
- Experience in system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases for client/server, Web, and/or PC-based software or middleware.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like NewRelic.
- Ability to translate technical specifications and design into code for new or enhancement projects for internal clients.
- Strong client interfacing and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments with tight timelines.
- Experience in systems analysis and implementation of new features.
- Capable of application/environment monitoring and support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Prepared to provide on-call support.
- Experience in planning, testing, and executing production releases.
